All packages include day of coordination services, and unlimited communication via email and phone.
All of our planning and design services are tailored to the individual needs of each couple, so we would LOVE to meet up for a cup of coffee and a complimentary initial consultation to figure out what you need for your event! We work with all kinds of budgets and would love to talk with you about your special day!
Full Planning
Our Full Planning Package is best for a couple looking to form a step-by-step partnership throughout the entire event planning process. You will be assisted with budget allocation and management, vendor scouting and contracting, design aspects, logistics, timeline management, and so much more! This package encompasses the entire wedding planning process.
Investment
We are fully committed for full planning projects for 2024 dates with limited availability for 2025. Please inquire about pricing- pricing starts at $5,000 for Full Planning.
Partial Planning
This package is perfect for the couple with the basics all figured out, but is looking for some help with the individual details for the event. You will be assisted with vendor scouting and contracting, budget management, logistics, and timeline management. This package is designed to help you fine tune the details for an event you have already begun to plan.
Investment
We are fully committed for partial planning projects for 2024 dates at this time.
2025 projects will be considered after April 2024 (due to current project load).
Pricing starts at $2,500 for the Partial Planning Package.
Month of Coordination
Our Month of Coordination Package is a final coordination service 1-2 months leading up to your wedding day. Month of Coordination is perfect for the couple that is excited about planning their event but wants some assistance with the final execution of the event! This package includes timeline creation, full decor set up and break down, vendor management and more!
Investment
2024 pricing for the Month of Coordination Package is $1,750.
